The Welsh Government response was presented to Members during the meeting. The Committee noted the statutory instrument and will report to the Assembly. One point was raised by the Committee in relation to the Localism Act 2011.

The Welsh Government response was presented to the Members during the meeting. The Committee noted the statutory instrument and will report to the Assembly.

The Committee noted the statutory instrument consent memorandum. Members will consider and agree a draft report at a future meeting.
